Code of Conduct

Interconnect Product Assembly AS operates with transparency, integrity and honesty at all times.

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to clarify the standards of behavior that are expected of all our employees. It gives guidance to personnel who need to make business, personal and ethical decisions.

Abuse of labor

We do not use any form of forced labor. We will not use physical or verbal harassment or abuse to discipline employees. We are courteous and responsive in dealing with others.

Child labor

We do not use child labor. We will comply with all minimum age provisions of applicable laws and regulations.

Freedom of association

We respect the rights of employees to associate or organize without fear of reprisal or interferences. If employees are represented by an organization recognized under law, we respect the right to bargain collectively.


We do not discriminate in hiring and employment practices on the basis of age, nationality, race, religion, social status, ethnic origin, gender or disability.

Workplace conditions

We provide a safe, healthy and secure workplace. We will abide by all applicable laws and regulations for safety and health. Proper sanitation, lighting, ventilation and fire safety protection will be provided.

Bribery and corruption

All employees and management will not ask or accept kickback, bribers, commissions or other unlawful payments for purpose of receiving favorable treatment, contracts or sale from others.

Subcontractors and partners

From our suppliers and partners, we require to comply to all the same code of conduct topics and with all applicable laws and regulations.


We comply to all applicable environmental laws and regulations. We manage our environmental footprint to minimize the impact on the environment. We manage energy, waste, water and transport minimal impact on the environment.

General workplace ethics

Always consider there are others in the workplace and act accordingly, respect the fact that we are a diverse group of people with differing personalities, cultures, backgrounds.

You will be held accountable for your actions and the business will not tolerate any breach of this Code of Conduct.
